Fems for Change was one sponsor of the comedy show which raised awareness and money for the fight for Women’s reproductive freedom
At Detroit’s 62nd annual NAACP Fight for Freedom dinner. speakers were impressive, and included former acting U.S. Attorney General Sally Yates
Fems for Change rallied and raised enough quickly to offer a lifeline to Freedom House
We designed our first FFC branded gear for our volunteers AND to raise funds to support our work
Threw a party and everyone came! Fun, Food, Live Music, and the original signature “FEMTINI” cocktail. We raised nearly $2,000 to support our community education goals
Many FFC members are Election Workers, including working the primary elections, general election and the 2016 re-count
Many FFC members volunteered with VNP (Voters Not Politicians) to put an end to political gerrymandering in Michigan
